Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your items within 2-3 days. We will send you email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your order in your account section on our site. All orders are dispatched via UK 1st Class Recorded Post and will require a signature on delivery.

Postage & Packaging is charged at £1.95 on all orders up to £30.00.

Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This applies to all goods purchased on this website except for sale items and any pierced products, such as earrings and body jewellery, these are excluded due to current health & hygiene regulations.

Jewellery Heaven is committed to providing customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that any product is found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

If any item ordered through our website is found to be damaged or faulty please contact us by email within 2 working days of receipt and return it complete with your order reference number. All goods must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s are received complete and in perfect packaging we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
